Ebola Simulation

The Ebola Simulation is one of the competition’s most interactive events. Participants will be grouped into teams with fellow delegates and must work together as an NGO during a simulated Ebola outbreak to decide what the most effective strategies are to distribute vaccines.

How does it work?

The Ebola simulation takes 3-4 minutes each round. Each participant is given a goal to obtain in their first year of how much vaccines they can distribute. The goal in the simulation is to see how NGOs make important decisions and how that affects other teams.

“The simulation was one of my favorite parts of the competition. It definitely brought light to the fact that the case competition is meant to educate us about the greater cause and meaning behind what a not-for-profit really is."

— ANPA Delegate (2017)
